Computerized Gate Systems control and operate both an entrance and an exit gate. Tenants are required to use their gate code to open these gates. Gate access is only granted to tenants that are current on their monthly rent and have no monies outstanding. Tenants are issue Gate Codes for their convenience. Tenants simply input their gate access codes and the gate will open.
